If you have your own domain, your incoming mail server should be set to mail.yourdomain.com, net, or org, and your outgoing mail server should remain the same as your current internet provider's SMTP server.

If you are a part of the PIIAI network, your incoming mail server should be set as mail.piiai.net,and your outgoing mail server should remain the same as your current internet provider's SMTP server.

You will need to enter your Account name and password in order to connect to the mail server.

POP account name: (your username is the same as your e-mail address) 
Password: (your password - make sure you enter it in lower case letters)  Click Next.

DO NOT CHECK THE BOX FOR SECURE PASSWORD AUTHENTICATION

Type in a friendly name for the connection to the mail server, it can be called anything you'd like.  Click Next. The Connection Type should be set as "Connect using my phone line."  Press Next Finally choose the internet connection you would like to use to retrieve your mail.  Click next, and then click finish to complete the configuration.
