Open Microsoft Exchange, Then click tools, then options. Click on the services tab and you should see the following screen. |
| Highlight Internet E-mail, and then click on properties. You will then
see the following screen. This is the correct configuration, using John Doe with a
user ID of jdoe as an example

Depending upon your domain your e-mail settings will vary. The username will be the same as your e-mail address. If you have your own domain, you will use username@yourdomain.com, net, or org Next click on the servers tab to complete the configuration.

Depending upon your geographical location
your Mail server will vary. If you are a part of the PIIAI network, your incoming mail server should be set as mail.piiai.net, and your outgoing mail server should remain the same as your current internet provider's SMTP server.
